Clients: Prime Communications, At&t, Spring Communications, Local Clients-Responsibilities:
• Installing OS, Windows, and Servers and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests• Providing technical support across the company and over the phone to our US clients• Setting up accounts for new users• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary• Testing new technology• Possibly training more junior staff members• Performs server evaluation and optimization on a regular basis• Surveys performance needs and goals of LAN/WAN users• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation.• Installation & configurations of Cisco Meraki series security appliance and switches which includesMX-64, MX-65, MS-220, MS-120.• Installation & configurations of MikroTik and NETGEAR Routers, Switches & wireless devices.• Planning and Enabling Access control lists and Network address translation.
