• Looking after commissioning, integration and configuration of all IP interface V4 ZTE BSC's (ZXUR-9000) nationwide and supervising the installation of V4 BSC's in North region and License installation of Nokia BSCs.
• Conducting HAT, PAT of V4 BSC's and re-homing of PAPU, Inter, MSCV4 BSC's (ZXUR-9000) from Existing core to ZTE core.
• Launching LTE on major cities of Pakistan for Telenor Pakistan and giving nationwide BSC BO support during BTS swap and post swap.
• Hands on experience of NetNumen Client, ZXUR-9000 AoIP, GBoIP, Abis over IP V4 BSC, ZTE SDR BTS BS8700 and BS8900A.
• Testing of different features of V4 BSC's and 2G and 3G Network Development Testing on Test Bed before implementing on Live Network i.e. (IUCS, IUPS, IUR, IUB IP/ATM, Pooling Function) and other Feature Function.
• Handling ZTE Site SDR 8900,8800,8808,8802 and NODEB integration and commissioning, ZTE BSC (ZXUR 9000 GSM) and RNC Patch installation and ZTE BSC (ZXUR 9000 GSM) software version up gradation.
• Carrying out Capacity Planning for BSC, RNC, BTS and NodeB including IP/ATM Plan and performing Commissioning and Integration of BSC’s and RNC’s for IPRAN/ATM Network and Hardware and Software Up gradation on BSC, BTS and RNC, NodeB’s
• Implementing all changes requested by customer on Live Network, Feature Network KPI enhancement on Live Network, troubleshooting for remote maintenance on GSM and UMTS Network &Nokia, ZTE BSCs Plug-in Units and migration and expansion for BSC Capacity and RNC capacity on nationwide network.
• Giving technical Support for GSM and UMTS Equipment and performing Nation Wide health check of Siemens and ZTE BSCs and also Nationwide Worst data cell analysis.
• Working as a point of contact between Customer and ZTE management and also responsible Preventive Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance of Huawei, NSN and ZTE BSC’s
• Up gradation of ZTE BSC’s, BSC’s &RNC’s, Software up gradation of CBSC,EBSC and featuring implementation on BSC’s like BFD

• Prepared, evaluated and improved processes and set project strategies, made critical proposals, financial and technical decisions, and finalized plans and targets in coordination with engineering management, regulatory authority and other telecom operators.
• Assigned as central region head for all kind of Greenfield, rooftop, and IBS sharing projects with other operators and developers.
• Participated with STC in the preparation of all aspects of site sharing commercial agreement with competitor and SLAs and monitored and controlled risk involved while execution and planning proper risk response strategies.
• Developed communication plan for performance reporting, status review, milestone, weekly/monthly reporting, and stakeholder info distribution and trackedthe progress of the sharing projects, arranged meetings (tech & steering) and assisted Sr. Project Manager in preparation of financial agreement and act on his position in case of his absence.
• Carried out the integration of Huawei of 3G BTS 3900 with OMC, defined external alarms and troubleshoot NODEB for Huawei.
• Looked after DCN connectivity of all sites with OMC and Fiber connectivity between aggregator and SDH node for integration of sites.
• Responsible for maintenance of STC sites in East region both BTS and Microwave equipment and up gradation of equipment & of Node B (Ericsson RBS 2200series);installation& commissioning of RTN microwave (950 and 910) IP based and NEC micro wave.
• Managed Traffic shifting from old microwave (Siemen SRAL,NEC Ipaso link) to RTN; carried out Microwave planning of PDH links using MAP Info and Microwave link up gradation, new link installation and radio alignment
• Configuration of IDB & External Alarms in RBS 2206, MMU2C 4-34,MMU2C 4-64 and MMU2 D and NPU B,LTU 12 *2,16*2 upgrades; and Ericsson link up-gradation, cross connections and traffic routing for 2P,6P and 20P traffic node and Traffic routing ,E1 transferring and troubleshooting of E1’s.

• Appointed as Team Leader for North Region; managed team mobilization arranged meetings with subcon, RAN(Roll out) and operations.
• Checked all indoor and Outdoor Equipment and Quality of BSS Implementation work to maintain Ericsson standards.
• Carried out installation and commissioning of RBS 2000 Family(RBS2206,2207,2116,2111) along with Planning of mini Link Micro
• Held weekly meetings with RAN(Roll out) and Operation’s team to enhance quality of work.
