1. Provide the necessary IT support and work on a team basis with all members of the ERP Unit and ERP management to accomplish program goals.
2. Create complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted
3. Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability
4. Facilitate PDMA/EAD PMU staff in data analysis and furnishing of periodic reports to the management as per agreed timelines.
5. Identify and implement suitable solutions for linking the PDMA ERP network with domains of other partner institutions such as EAD, World Bank, NADRA, Finance Division, ex FATA Secretariat, and Partner commercial. Based on management’s decision, implement the network linking as appropriate.
6. Liaise with NADRA and other stakeholders’ IT departments to facilitate ERP data sharing and collaboration on data management.
7. Contribute technical and professional knowledge and experience to improve ERP IT
8. Operations and technical platform.
9. Any other duty assigned from time to time to meet the scope of the assignment.
