Working as Site Civil Engineer in Residential Buildings (5 & 6 Bed Room Villa, Executive Villas) and 12 floor High-rise building.  Involved in almost all the operations of Building Construction.  Inspect all kind of request from contractor, Checking Quality of Material & take over all work should be in Specification.  Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work.  To check BOQ's and estimates for the internal and external civil works.  Prepare all the as built drawings internal and external civil work.  Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards  Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure correct sequence of work was being followed.  Arrangement of material, equipment, labors & Manage Concreting at site.  Take off Material with the help of Final design or approved shop drawings.  Track work progress with respect to work schedule.  Manage/coordinate with mechanical engineers and Electrical engineers.  Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports to senior management.  Responsible for the implementation of the project plans and programs to workers, and trade sub- contractors to complete the work in specific target date in accordance with the projected timetable schedules.  Conducting Review meeting with Area Manager on weekly basis, regarding Project Cost, Progress and Control Measures.  Supervised the site labor and Equipment.
