Preparation of Sub-Contractor's payment.
Keeping records of as built drawings and quantities.
Tracing various materials on site by Delivery Notes, which receive from suppliers.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports showing all the quantities executed up to date.
Billed up of new rates for new items not covered in B.O.Q.
Verification of Tender documents and rise queries pertaining to any discrepancies found in the documents.
Cross check quantities of received B.O.Qs, quantity take off and preparation of BOQs when necessary.
Preparation of enquiry documents on studying B.O.Qs, specifications and drawings.
Floating enquiries for material prices. Study, comparison and negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors quotations.
