ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of Steel Framing and Formworks.
Execution of Basic Finishing works such as Block Masonry, Plaster, Door/Window framings, Paint, etc.
Supervision of Finsihing items such as Wood works, Tile/Stone/Facing Blocks fixing, Aluminium works, Marble/Granite fixing works, False ceilings, Curtain walls, Special Façade Elevation works, etc.
Aluminium Composite Panel Works on Elevations.
Wood Plastic Composite Louvers, SS Railings, MS Staircase Works.
Resolving Architectural issues in coordination with Project Architect.
Prepare Revised and Recovery schedules.
Evaluation of project progress.
Develop Anticipated Progress Report based on forecasted plans.
Forecasting IPCs based on forecasted progress.
Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily Progress Report.
Management of resources allocation i.e. Machinery, manpower and materials to meet the objectives.
Manage site and execution of construction works.
Get approval of work from the consultant or respective department.
Co-ordination with site staff and provide professional guidance to them and assure quality of work.
Calculate quantities from drawings and actual site conditions.
Counter design issues in construction drawings.
Preparing BOQs and Bills
Preparing RAs and VOs
Submission of Claims
Cost Estimation of Project
