Planning and Implementation:
Ensure implementation against annual work plan, target, time lines and result indicators.
Develop internal monitoring and operational plan that help implementation.
Coordinate program operation actions, identify appropriate implementation, initiate procurement, manage procurement, beneficiaries’ selection contract and cash donation management.
Monitor program field-based implementation activities.
Ensure timely and quality progress of the program.
Provide inputs and feedback to reporting.
Ensure systematic record-keeping and filing.
Collect information and analyse information (data) on livelihood context.
Draft preparation or technical input and feedback to concept paper and proposal,
Develop new livelihood initiatives that are in the line of program strategy for using livelihood to strengthen social cohesion.
Undertake capacity-development of Livelihood beneficiaries.
Regularly coordinate with relevant government institutions,
Conduct field visits to all project locations (depending on the requirements) and ensure SIF’s SOPs and Policies during the implementation of all activities.
Coordination with vet-doctor for livestock component as per need and for planning in advance for in time support and guidance for the BNFs.
Coordination:
Maintain regular interaction with line manager, national and local stakeholders with the objective of collecting information on ongoing and planned activities.
Inter department coordination, periodic review meeting with support (Logistic and MEAL) department regarding project implementation activities.

Reporting:
Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly progress reports are prepared and shared with the line manager and HQ.

Representation:
Participate and Represent SIF in meeting with training agency/institute/vendor.
Participate and represent SIF in the meetings within the targeted areas or meetings organized by the humanitarian organization/Government departments if required by the line manager.
Represent and adhere to the SIF policies and procedures in the field areas.
Arrange and supervise training for livelihood beneficiaries.
Monitoring and Supervision:
Facilitate the line manager, stakeholders and MEAL representatives for the monitoring visits within the field areas.
