Project management associates participate during all phases of the project management process. Under the guidance of the project director or program manager, associate project manager schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to project team members and track completion of project deliverable to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products.
 ROLE OBJECTIVES:
 ·          Recommended procedural or automated improvements and priorities in SDLC of a project for smooth and on time completion.

 ·          Oversee estimation and execution of project work plans and direct revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 ·          Minimize schedule and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively and aggressively

Specialized in Banking systems (Web Banking / Mobile Banking) , business process Modeling, business Process Re-engineering and project management.6+ Year of experience in building web banking solutions including Retail banking, corporate banking and Branchless banking including Mobile banking. Successfully completed multiple implementations of banking projects including business process reengineering and migration in different countries by doing comprehensive business analysis and its mapping with financial systems.
