Act as the first point of contact to the respective departments, providing a proactive HR service and guidance of policies, having a strong focus on talent Acquisition, Internal Control and development of systems, Payroll and Leave Management, Performance Appraisal, compensation and benefits, employee orientation, record keeping of personnel, facilitating and coaching to take corrective disciplinary actions, resolution of staff queries regarding HR policies, and ensuring a proper exit process.

Reconcile the payroll with Finance & collaborate with Finance for timely processing of Salaries.
Manage employee benefits, deductions, and contributions.
Monitor and evaluate payroll system efficiency.
Generate detailed payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure payroll management and tax calculation according to rules and policy.
Responsible for providing consolidated data of the company as per requirements.
Responsible for issuing all letters related to Core and Projects staff i.e. Employment Contracts, JDs, Contract Closed, Warnings, explanation, Showcase notice, etc.
Actively engage in the recruitment process. i.e. making of advertisements, posting advertisements on the website through IT (also in a local and national newspaper) shortlisting, conducting Tests, scheduling Interviews, etc.

Weekly or fortnightly visits to District Offices for resolving the issues of employees (if any) and determining the workforce performing the functions accordingly. Properly maintaining the database of HR related to all aspects
