Responsible for the preparation and processing of the overall payroll accurately and on time.
Responsible for employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and other payroll concerns.
Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports to Finance.
Reconcile the payroll with Finance & collaborate with Finance for timely processing of Salaries.
Manage employee benefits, deductions, and contributions.
Monitor and evaluate payroll system efficiency.
Generate detailed payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure payroll management and tax calculation according to rules and policy.
Responsible for providing consolidated data of the company as per requirements.
Responsible for issuing all letters related to Core and Projects staff i.e. Employment Contracts, JDs, Contract Closed, Warnings, explanation, Showcase notice, etc.
Actively engage in the recruitment process. i.e. making of advertisements, posting advertisements on the website through IT (also in a local and national newspaper) shortlisting, conducting Tests, scheduling Interviews, etc.
