Manage overall Production Operations (Production, Maintenance, & Quality) that includes Cooling tower, Compressor, Boiler, RO Plant, Shape Molding, Sheets Cutting & Extrusion operations.
Monitor the production processes to achieve targets and draft a timescale for the job and manage all resources (like raw material (Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) beads, labor, Water, Electricity and air).
Ensure that production facility equipment is readily available for production through implementing preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid unplanned stoppage and production loss.
Generate CGP (cost of goods produced) report which includes material issuance, production, wastage, & material consumption to find per kg cost of products to extract out the contribution margins.
Determine quality control standards and ensure good quality and process for production to implement quality programs according to customer requirements and check quality reports on a daily basis.
Ensure that the production is cost effective by checking recipes of product, monitoring operators performance through KPI, machine cycle time, reduction of wastage.
