Inspection and MPI by using Black Light and AC Yoke.
• Perform Visual Connection Inspection of Fishing tools, Dimensional Inspection and MPI
by using Black light at IOT Yard.
• Perform Visual Dimensional Inspection, MPI & EMI and UT gagging& OD gagging of
Drill pipes at Hilong17.
• Perform Lifting Gear Inspection at PEMCON yard.
• Perform Visual Connection, Dimensional Inspection by using Black light at TCPDC
Gharo Yard.
• Perform Visual, Dimensional Inspection of Casing TCPDC 2001, Rig at Tando
Muhammad Khan.
• Perform Visual Inspection & MPI by using AC Yoke of Mud Motor Shaft at Weatherford
Yard Site area Karachi.
• Perform MPI of Hosting Tools by AC Yoke at Swabbing Rig Exalo yard Khaskheli.
• Perform Visual, Dimensional Inspection, MPI & DPT of drilling specialty tools at D&M
Yard Schlumberger khaskheli.
• Perform Visual Connection, Dimensional Inspection, ID Inspection by using drift of
casing at PPL agility Yard Karachi.
• Perform Visual Connection, Dimensional Inspection, ID Inspection by using drift of
casing at Hayat-1 UEPL.
• Perform Lifting Gear Inspection & MPI of lifting points (Shackles, air, winch chain block
etc) at Hayat-1 TCPDC 4001.
• Perform Lifting Gear Inspection & MPI of hosting tools at Hilong-5 (Ali North-1).
• Perform MPI of Rotary Table Shaft & Lifting Points At Malkani-01 TCPDC4001.
• Perform calibration of equipments before job.
• Perform calibration of drifts.
