·         Managed the behalf of Orient rental Modaraba for the project Martin Dow Marker Pharmaceuticals Quetta a team of 25 technicians and engineers to ensure that all HVAC systems were operating at optimal levels.
·         Conducted regular inspections on all HVAC equipment, including air conditioning system and Air-Cooled Compression and Absorption chillers.

Managing all installation of Mechanical system as per approved Shop drawings complying with project specifications and standards.
Monitor the installation of chilled water piping with their hook-up connections to the Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, and FCUs, and installation of Ductwork as per the project specifications & approved shop drawing in compliance with SMACNA & ASHRAE standards.
Executes all installation activities of Fire Fighting and Plumbing System (Drainage & Water Supply) as per approved shop drawings and project specifications in compliance with Standards & Codes of respective disciplines. (Viz. NFPA, UPC)
Raising Material Inspections Request (MIR) for material delivered at site as per approved material submittal & perform Inspection in presence of the Consultant and took approval for the same.
Raising Inspections of Executed work (RFI) as per the approved shop drawings and project specifications & perform in presence of the Consultant and took approval for the same.
Monitors the flushing of the Chilled Water Pipe Network for the Chillers & AHUs.
Performs pressure testing for the Chilled Water Piping and Smoke Test to find out Duct Leakages in the HVAC system.
Performs Quantity Survey of the materials for all mechanical systems as per the actual site conditions.
Developed summary log reports for Material Inspections and Work Inspections & follow up with the Consultant for their approvals.
Prepare Material Submittal of the required material for the approved manufacturer from the Consultant/Client for the respective project.

Key Responsibilities:

I was responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of various refrigeration systems on behalf of Mechatecn PVT LTD at Pakistan Fruit Juice Co. (Pvt.) Ltd. This included managing the maintenance of Ammonia chillers, Air Cooled Chillers, AHUs, water pumps, fan coil units, cooling towers, split units, and plumbing systems. My duties involved ensuring the proper functioning of valves, strainers, and other relevant equipment, as well as coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues with ammonia chillers by analyzing symptoms, using diagnostic equipment, and conducting tests. Determine the root cause of problems and implement appropriate solutions.
System Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new ammonia chiller systems. This involves assembling components, connecting pipes and electrical wiring, and ensuring proper alignment and functionality of the system.
