Planning and supervising the project repair and renovation project of health facilities (225) in 15 districts of Sindh including Government/PPHI/ Private facilities.
Formulating the policy document for all repairs & renovation work for health facilities in compliance with donor’s policies and procedures
To provide technical review, revision & approval of the assessments of required repair & renovation work in the health facilities of all project districts
Analyze and approve the estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor (BOQs) developed by the sub-awardees’ engineers and verified by District Engineer.
Analyze and approve the sketches/designs/plans of the repair and renovation work developed by the sub-awardees’ engineers or modified by vendors and verified by District Engineer
To provide technical advice to District Engineers, Sub-awardee’s Engineers regarding repair & renovation of health facilities.
Monitoring of the renovation and repair work being done by the contractor/vendor and Inspect renovation sites (health facilities) to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards; and provide technical advice to relevant engineer.

Providing Technical, social, economic aspects in projects proposal for approval.
Construction Management / Inspection and execution of Infrastructure according to drawings.
Performing Office administration tasks like Procurement and Contracting services, basics of Finance and Administration. Staff management, handling Conflicts, Discipline and Grievance, Safety and Security of field staff, regular monitoring of warehouse for stock piling, Coordination with LEAs and other stake holders for regular monitoring of Law and Order situation and updates to staff as well as to Head Office..

• Implementing projects / programs Like, Relief and Rehabilitation in emergencies and Development programs Stock piling, Shelter, WASH, DRR in Sindh.
• Technical support provided to partners in orientation of project activities, preparation of BOQs and Drawings of Shelter, Latrines and hand pumps, Tools kits, hygiene kits and in specification of material. Support was given to Partner, for preparation of vector control activities through cash for work.
• Active participation in procurement committees for both IPs in tender opening, short listing vendors, sample verification and awarding of contract to vendors.
• To ensure that all planned activities are culturally sensitive and take into account the local context, and are in line with Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct, Sphere minimum standard and humanitarian principles.

Actionaid Pakistan (INGO) Karachi
Recovery and rehabilitation of vulnerable flood affected communities in Sindh, (Kashmore @Kandhkot ,Shahdadkot @Qamber, Thatta ).by providing support in Shelter, WASH ,Livelihood, Cash for work and School rehabilitations and renovations and DRR ).
• To Design, prepare drawings, specifications, estimations, execution and monitoring of, more than 1500 permanents Shelters, 2000 Latrines, hand pumps and School renovations in Districts Qambar- Shahdadkot ,Kashmore – Kandhkot and in Thatta in the perspective of DRR.
• To provide technical support as well monitoring more than 1000 project of Cash for work activities specially ensure women participation.
• To provide different construction methodology to various Shelter constructions, Community Infrastructure and WATSAN and School renovation types applied to the Projects considering DRR as cross cutting issue.
• To maintain liaisons with other stake holders for better co-ordination and response approach.
• To ensure that environmental and sustainability issues are considered in the technical design and works, in keeping with agreed best practices.
• To support, train and develop local/national staff and volunteers in shelter planning, maximising community participation, and self-help approach for rapid emergency and transitional shelter interventions.

National Rural Support Program NRSP Badin
(Physical Infrastructure & Technology Development, PITD Sector)
Responsibilities:
• Plan, Surveying, Designing and supervision of the 500 community physical infrastructure of Water Supply, Irrigation sanitation road, bridges, Rehabilitation of Basic Health Units, and Schools Schemes within period of 12 months covering more than 500 villages.
• Liaison with government like Health and Education department for signing of MoUs.
• Spot check and quality assurance of Community Physical Infrastructure.
• To provide technical assistance to the Field Engineers, Social Organizers as well community to achieve project specifications.
• To insure community participation from designing, monitoring, implementation and the completion of projects.
• To conduct environment assessment as well economic analysis of projects.
• Oversee the implementation of projects in the field.
• Review designs of the projects according to need.
• Provide overall leadership, from initiation to completion, of the Project.
• Prepare the Bill of quantities.
• Assists the teams in smooth implementation of the Projects.
• Conduct impact assessments.
