- Daily execution of outbound orders from 3PL Warehouse to various distributors across Pakistan.- Analyze & calculate cost effective frieght solution to serve orders & keeping cost per carton at minimum by maximizing container load.- Managing urgent delivery requests on daily basis to meet volume targets and inventory needs.- Provide reverse logistics from distributor to 3PL warehouse in case of any discrepancy.- Schedule and track inbound stock shipments and outbound customer deliveries.- Overseeing the shipping statuses of distributors & returns to ensure the highest level of performance by all logistics partners.- Set-up frameworks & metrics to monitor relevant supply chain performances to maintain a high level of service quality, shortest lead-time, and best customer experience.- Coordinating with 3PL warehouse to make necessary arrangements for additional order arrangement.- Monitor customer complains & assign to relevant department. Provide timely closure of claims by providing Sales Return Note where applicable.- Prepare monthly Logistics cost analysis report for management decision making.- Ad-hoc reporting and on-site activities at 3PL warehouse as required.
