Looking for a professional human resource/operational Administration position. Coming with extensive knowledge of human resource principles and ability to handle complex problems using outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Assist Manager HR/Administration.
• Implementation of internal company HR policies.
• Agenda preparation and minutes of monthly and annual coordination meeting with concern dept. head.
• Supervising all employee data base.
• Monitoring & processing employment Contracts, Resident permits, sponsorship, Employees Medical Insurance, Employees Evaluations annually, Increments, promotions, statutory obligations, etc.
• Employees training & development programs assign by management.
• Preparation of employee monthly salary.
• Supervising time management include punctuality with existing company polices.
• Supervising & processing employment compensations and benefits, tickets, incentives, overtimes etc.
• Responsible for local and International recruitment. Dealing with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews/Initial screening of candidates then accomplish the selection with offer letter or contracts.
• Process and submit all relevant HR letters, memos, documents, certificates as per requested by employees & management.
• Supervising government electronic services such as GOSI, Labor office, Passport office, Chamber of Commerce, Enjaz etc.
• Responsible to arrange travel needs for higher management and delegations like visa services, hotel, tickets etc.
• Monitoring admin. Functions i.e. vehicles, company accommodations, utilities bills.
