First of all define KPI's of project, Manage all teams to work there, attend meetings with clients, consultants and other project management teams to discuss about ongoing and in future problems and solution of project, material handling, verification of material quntities as well as quality of material , Manage documentation and respond daily progress report to senior management. At the end of project commissioning reports, As built drawings and handing/taking over to the clients.

1- Provide technical assistance to customer regarding pump selection according to technical data or application of end user.
2- Make selection of pumps through software, manuals and provide complete technical guidance to end user regarding their scope of work/supply.
3- Manage service team and make service plan to assign right person at right job.
4- Make technical reports on site visits or meeting with consultants, management of industries.
5- Receive enquiries and make quotations and participation in Tenders/Bids openings.
8- Generate visit plan to industries to gain business.
9- Make monthly business plan and closing at end month.
10- Make decisions regarding pumps in accordance with energy efficiency / energy conservation for industries benefits.
