I work in the capacity of Assistant to the Managing Director at a private limited company. I hold a year of experience in the field of executive management now.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains appointment and meeting calendars, arrange meetings.
2. Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents and maintain files.
3. Ensure project planning methods are used when necessary to track executive’s projects.
4. Support executives in internal and external communications.
5. Manage conference room schedule.
6. Coordinate and ensure timelines of executives contacts.
7. Prepare minutes of meetings for the executive office.
8. Manage all documentations from partner companies for the executive office.
9. Prepare dashboard for Managing Director(MD).
10. Arrange appointments with MD.
