My responsibilities include:
ââ¬Â¢ Coordination with media agencies regarding the new commercial adds, any type of social activity regarding brand awareness and dealing with the payments of media agencies with accounts, audit and finance department.
ââ¬Â¢ Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
ââ¬Â¢ Assign sales goals and assists other members of the sales department
ââ¬Â¢ Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management
ââ¬Â¢ Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
ââ¬Â¢ Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers
ââ¬Â¢ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
ââ¬Â¢ Produces reports based on the sales of employees and Regions
ââ¬Â¢ Reads and evaluates sales reports
ââ¬Â¢ Monitor the teamââ¬â¢s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
ââ¬Â¢ Promoting new products and any special deals
ââ¬Â¢ Hires and fires sales team members when necessary
ââ¬Â¢ Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
ââ¬Â¢ Recording orders and sending details to the Management and sales team.
ââ¬Â¢ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
ââ¬Â¢ Keeping in contact with existing customers by phone
ââ¬Â¢ Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have
ââ¬Â¢ Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
ââ¬Â¢ Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
ââ¬Â¢ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
ââ¬Â¢ Maintaining the record of all Field force on the basis of their Daily Market visit reports
ââ¬Â¢ Confirming the attendance of all Filed staff
ââ¬Â¢ Preparing the monthly expenses details of Sales team and inquiring the reason for unusual variations.
ââ¬Â¢ Dealing with all distributors Claims on monthly basis.
ââ¬Â¢ Update tour program of all field force (area sales manager, area sales officer) on weekly basis.
