Monitor daily/weekly security incidents in the operating area in order to identify areas of increased risk to team or current security trends.Discuss with COP & teams on a daily basis the current security threats, change in the context & potential significant security trends.Establish an overall understanding of ACF operations in the area so that all analysis is relevant to operations.Submit monthly security reports to Sr. SM utilizing existing ACF templates & tools.Determine current risks that ACF teams are exposed to & discuss this data with the Sr. SM own assessments & compile the monthly Risk Assessment for teams with Sr. SM.Construct the LSOP with Sr. SM & review every 6 months with the Sr. SM or as contextual shifts dictate.Assist the COP & Sr.SM for ensuring the rules, regulations & SOPs of the local Security plan are adhered by all ACF staff & for review and resolution of internal security incidents & reporting on SIRO.Conduct security assessments of operational areas and premises, utilizing existing tools and templates & alongside the Sr. SM.Maintain database of security assessments & provide specific recommendations to the COP & Sr. SM based on these assessments.Meet with local community members/ leaders & other specific civilian actors in order to gain an accurate understanding of the areas in which teams operate and promote active acceptance through specific measures as defined by the Sr. Security Manager.Attend local INGO security coordination meetings in order to gain additional information pertaining to safety and security concerns of INGOs operating in the area.Frequently Liaise with local and provincial authorities in order to make all parties aware of ACF’s current operations & develop working relationship aimed at building acceptance of the local and provincial government towards ACF.Maintain strong coordination & working relationship with all concerned departments in order to get support and worked related to NOC, MOU, LOUs etc.

Ensure all ACTED Expats arriving in Sindh have all the necessary travel documentation, NOC to access and stay in any District of Sindh.
