• Customer dealing and Receives and pays money from and to customers for home remittance, outward remittance and FC exchange as per rules & regulations, procedure in FMS of transaction.
• Issuing receipt to the customers of every transactions and obtain customer sign on office copy for record.
• Handling cash and FC and keep stock balance tally all the time with system.
• Opening and closing of cash.
• Maintaining dual control on vault in case of having keys of vault.
• Maintaining and updating vault register on daily basis.
• Checking every LC and FC notes to make sure there is no fake note received.
• Maintaining all vouchers which are posted in his account / logins and make sure proper supports are attached and requirements are completed as per rules.
• Make sure AML, Compliance, KYC, EDD, CTR, STR rules are following while dealing with customers irrespective of amount and in case of any doubt or issue immediately report incharge.
• Cashier has keep LC / FC and vouchers up to date all the time for surprise checking / audit.
• Cashier should check user wise stock report and merge cashier stock report and ledger and currency stock report tally at the time of closing and opening.
• Cashier should make sure all cash, packets are counted and signed by the person who counted it along with date, (i.e bank or cashier)
• Cashier makes sure there is no excess or short cash. Not allowed.
• Cashier make sure transaction with customer is done after proper verification and cash is properly counter and denomination is genuine maintained to avoid any misshape.
• Cashier should make sure his cash / FC and stamp is properly locked while leaving his seat for break / namaz and system and login is OFF.
• Cashier make sure welcoming and dealing with customer with best service.
