FTZ Digital Agency is looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will take charge of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to deliver measurable results that support client growth. This role demands a strong analytical approach, creativity in campaign strategy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Analyze campaign data regularly to identify trends and improve performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement strategies focused on maximizing conversions and return on investment (ROI). Work closely with creative, content, and social media teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall marketing goals. Conduct A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Media Specialist with a demonstrated history of managing successful paid campaigns. Strong expertise in pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, retargeting techniques, and performance analytics. A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed objectives. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
