Pharmalink Distribution Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor who will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and organized warehouse operations. The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, order processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Although this position does not entail direct team management, the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will influence and support the warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of warehouse operations to ensure seamless shipping and receiving processes.
Coordinate order processing activities to maintain timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ensuring proper inventory control procedures.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all warehouse activities.
Provide support and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance and efficiency.
Assist with the training of new employees on best practices in warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
Implement processes for continuous improvement in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate operational workflows and resolve issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to support operational efficiency.
