We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily customer interaction, handling calls, and converting leads into sales. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a professional image of our company
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to targeted customers on a daily basis.
Promote and sell products/services over the phone.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Answer customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
