We are seeking a confident, organized, and friendly Female Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain and update client records and files.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Process payments and manage basic billing/invoicing.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth client flow.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as per clinic's operational preference).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (clinic/hospital setting preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using scheduling software.
- Presentable, courteous, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Fluency in [insert preferred language(s), e.g., English and Arabic] is an advantage.
