We are seeking a Digital Media Marketer for our marketing team based in the Karachi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new leads through online platforms, industry events, and other targeted channels.
- Create and maintain a robust presence on social media to engage with potential clients and build long-term professional networks. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions) to refine strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in a CRM platform.
- Track lead status, activity history, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless communication.
- Produce eye-catching, evoking visual content such as short videos,
- Work closely with the marketing teams to align lead-generation activities with broader company goals.
- Suggest improvements to sales scripts, outreach methods, and strategies for market penetration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in identifying new sales opportunities.
- Ability to use social media platforms and related tools to build professional networks and generate leads.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, FB Ads, etc)
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, illustrator etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication with minimal accent; able to effectively engage American clients.
- Able to work independently, ethically, and with minimal supervision.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time (6:30 PM-3:30 AM)
- Compensation: Salary + Commission
