We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, drive customer traffic, and increase online and offline engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in F&B or hospitality marketing and can lead campaigns from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content and promotions
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers for content creation
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, offers, and events
Analyze marketing data and customer feedback to refine strategies
Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations
Manage digital ads (Meta, Google) within budget
Create flyers, menus, and promotional materials (basic design skills a plus)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of marketing experience (restaurant or retail industry preferred)
Strong understanding of social media and local marketing techniques
Creative thinking and strong writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
Fluent in Urdu and English (Punjabi a bonus)
