Manage and curate content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Create compelling and engaging written and visual content (including captions, stories, and reels) aligned with our brand voice and target audience
Run targeted social media ad campaigns within budget and analyze their performance. Experience and knowledge of Meta is MUST.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs and maintain documental records.
Keep the content & graphics updated on all social media platforms & website.
Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve specific goals (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, lead generation)
