We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Provide product/service information accurately
Record customer interactions and maintain records
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to remain calm and professional with customers
Previous customer service experience is a plus
