We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should be friendly, patient, and able to communicate clearly.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain customer records and update databases
Follow up with customers when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
Good communication skills in English and Urdu
Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
