We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they have a smooth and positive experience with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Track and report recurring customer feedback to help improve services
Assist in implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems
