Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot problems
Record and track customer interactions in the system
Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
