We are a dynamic and growing organization looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
