We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training and development programs
Support organizational development and culture initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
