Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the US healthcare, medical billing, and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding qualified professionals.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
Post job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires and provide necessary orientation support.
Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Handle recruitment reports, documentation, and updates in the HR systems.
Support HR initiatives related to staffing, talent management, and workforce development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a US healthcare or medical billing BPO environment.
Strong understanding of US medical billing industry roles and talent requirements.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR recruitment tools/software.
Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
