We are seeking an experienced and skilled System Engineer with a strong background in HCL Domino administration, server builds and migrations (Windows to Linux), SSO project implementation, server patching, PowerShell scripting, and Windows shares migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless server operations, executing critical migration projects, automating processes, and maintaining high levels of system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage HCL Dominservers, including mail routing, replication, and cluster configurations.
Monitor and maintain Dominserver health, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Dominserver issues.
Plan and execute server builds and migrations from Windows tLinux platforms.
Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams tensure seamless server transition.
Design and implement SSsolutions for various platforms, ensuring secure authentication and access control.
Work with application teams tintegrate SSwith existing services.
Manage and deploy critical OS patches and updates for both Windows and Linux environments.
Schedule and coordinate patching activities tminimize impact on business operations.
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts tautomate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Create scripts for system monitoring, patch deployment, and configuration management.
Lead and execute Windows shares migration projects, ensuring data security and accessibility.
Maintain permissions and access controls during and after migration.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, migration plans, and operational procedures.
Develop runbooks, FAQs, and user guides for internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HCL Domino administration and server management.
Proven experience in server migration (Windows to Linux).
Hands-on experience with SSO integration and server patching.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and process improvement.
Experience in Windows shares migration, including permissions and data integrity management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Linux shell scripting.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Certification in HCL Domino Administration or related technologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
