Location: Karachi

Department: Operations
Contract: 6 Months only.

Key Responsibilities:

Process account setup, maintenance, and closure requests in the Matrix Unit
Manage stakeholder instructions and inquiries while meeting SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction
Review client documentation for compliance with internal KYC, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with Relationship Teams to fulfill business and client onboarding needs
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality service standards in all operations

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: in Corporate Account Opening, Maintenance, or Internet Banking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, detail-oriented environment
Prior experience in account onboarding and maintenance will be an added advantage
