Key responsibilities of an Outdoor Sales Representative:

Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing product features and benefits to prospective clients.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Territory management: Effectively manage assigned sales territories, prioritizing leads and scheduling appointments.
Sales cycle management: Navigate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including objection handling and negotiation.
Market analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and forecasting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

Required skills and qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen and proven track record of closing deals
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Knowledge of the product or service being sold
Comfortable with extensive travel within assigned territor
