We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 'Small and medium-sized enterprises Executive' (SME) to join our team in Lahore.As an SME, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive B2B sales services, including market research, lead generation, account management, and sales support.
Meet and exceed B2B revenue and sales volume targets.
Analyze target segments to identify potential B2B customers and develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily visits to designated territories to identify potential SME leads.
Follow up on leads to increase sales conversion rates.
Ensure retention of existing clients through effective after-sales services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
