We're a small UK taxi service looking for customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. While experience is nice, we care most about your communication skills and work ethic. We'll provide full training - you bring the positive attitude and the willingness to deliver excellent customer care!
You'll Be:
- Handling customer bookings via phone/email
- Solving ride issues and answering fare questions
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions
- Delivering great service the British way
We Need You To Have:
- Excellent English (both speaking and writing)
- Basic computer know-how (we'll train you on our systems)
- Stable internet connection for remote work
- Clean background (we'll help get your Police Certificate)
- Willingness to work some evening/night hours
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center or sales background
