We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Performance Coordinator to support our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Track Production Metrics: Track and analyze production performance metrics, including production volume, quality, and efficiency.
Identify Areas for Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
Implement Improvement Initiatives: Implement improvement initiatives, including process changes and training programs.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on production performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with production staff, management, and other departments to drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, quality control, or a related field.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present reports and recommendations to management.
Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with production management software: Experience with production management software, such as ERP or MES systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Certification in quality management: Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma.
