Maintain/Build a database of customers/community.
Conduct calls to potential and existing customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and promote our products/services.
Create and maintain an accurate database of customer contacts and interactions to support follow-up efforts and sales strategies.
Executive follow-up calls to nurture leads, encourage repeat purchase,s and facilitate customer retention.
Assist in booking sales through our website and point of sale (POS) systems, ensuring all deals are properly documented and processed.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and assist in generating invoices for customer purchases.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's ( In Marketing ora relevant field)
2-3 years of experience
Must have proficiency in CRM Software
Must have Sales software knowledge
Understanding of invoicing and the billing process
