Keep the office premises clean and tidy, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing common areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, visitors, and guests.
Ensure that office supplies like stationary, cleaning materials, and refreshments are stocked and available to staff.
Assist in the maintenance of office premises and equipment, such as printers, photocopiers and computers, etc.
Deliver mail, documents, and packages within the office and to the clients, as per established procedures.
Perform other duties as required to support the office operations.
Greet and assist visitors and clients, guiding them to the appropriate offices and ensuring their comfort.

Qualification and skills:

Matric or Intermediate
1 to 2 years of experience
