Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level
Support and assist in candidate sourcing to generate a reasonable number of applicants against the required position by using recruitment channels
Post the assigned job on all identified recruitment channels, i.e. Indeed, Rozee.PK Recruiter Lite WhatsApp Groups and all other free and paid channels, as soon as a VSF against any position is received
Maintain proper filing and recording in the ATS record of each position.
Shortlist candidates with provided/decided criteria for the job, and coordinate for scheduling Interviews upon further process
Assist with and coordinate with HRM for documentation & onboarding
Support in Branding the company image while conducting initial interviews
Share the company's profile & group profile with all shortlisted candidates
Utilise the ATS and enhancements in the automation dashboard reporting effectively.
Complete the special projects as per laid-down SLAs and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

BBA/MBA in HR
1-2 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office
Job Portals & Sourcing Platforms
HRMS or ERP Tools
HR Outsourcing Companies / Tech Houses
