Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales of rooms, events, and banquet services to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage client relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event planners.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
8+ years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
