Develop and execute engaging content strategies across digital platforms.
Design and manage email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
Collaboration with creative media and PR agencies to execute campaigns.
Identify on-board and build relationships with influencers aligned with brand goals.
Source and negotiate with vendors for content production and campaign needs.
Plan and organize brand events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update customer and community databases.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on community buying attributes.
Foster relationships with customers and industry professionals.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Create and execute strategic LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns.
Generate comprehensive reports on community engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
