Position: English Language Instructor
Locations: Multan, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan, and Sahiwal (Punjab)
Instructor Job Description (JD)
Overview:The instructor is responsible for teaching assigned classes in accordance with the educational institute’s instruction principles (Method®).
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining student class records
Fulfilling administrative duties as required/requested by the MI/DoS
Participating in professional development activities
Counseling students and providing feedback
Recommending appropriate products/services to meet student needs
Assisting in program design and delivery in coordination with MI/DoS
Working within the framework of negotiated agreements
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Deliver lessons according to the institute’s teaching principles (Method®)
Teach both private and group classes at the Franchise Language Center (FLC) and off-site locations
Integrate learning technology as per curriculum requirements
Maintain updated student records and pedagogical cards
Fulfill responsibilities as part of the Berlitz Learning Cycle, including:
Assessing student proficiency levels
Providing evaluations for progress reports and certificates
Delivering counseling sessions in liaison with the MI/DoS
Recommending program improvements
Collecting student feedback
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Assist in promoting FLC activities when requested
Participate in ongoing professional development (observations, workshops, etc.)
Use instructional and center resources with care
Educated native proficiency or near-native fluency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Successful completion of Berlitz Instructor Qualification Program (IQP)
Relevant work experience and cultural sensitivity preferred
Teaching experience or qualifications desired (not mandatory)
Ability to communicate in the local language is a plus
Gross Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 100,000, depending on relevant experience
