We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory and quality control equipment used in both academic institutions and industrial environments.
You will work closely with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of high-precision instruments, contributing directly to their research and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission laboratory and process control equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency service calls.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
Provide user training and technical support to end-users.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Liaise with application specialists and sales teams for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
1 year of hands-on experience with lab or process control instrumentation (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industrial and/or academic lab environments.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (locally and occasionally regionally).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with analytical equipment.
Understanding of PLCs, control systems, or laboratory automation.
Software knowledge related to equipment operation and diagnostics.
