Based in Pakistan, this role of Project Coordinator focuses on supporting the successful execution of projects by managing schedules, documentation, and communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in various project management tools, data analysis, and process automation. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans. Coordinate resources, equipment, and project information to ensure smooth progress. Support risk assessment activities and contribute to mitigation planning.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and management. Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to maintain clear communication. Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com is essential.
Strong skills in data and reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and SQL are necessary. Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, macros, VBA, and data analysis, are expected. Experience with automation and scripting tools like Power Automate, Zapier, and basic Python is highly desirable.
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Teams is important for effective communication. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Kanban boards, sprint planning, and backlog management, will be advantageous.
