Project Coordinator

The Active Solutions, a rapidly growing company in the design and development industry, is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with Quality Assurance experience. This full-time role is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi, and requires availability for evening or night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be capable of working independently, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on project outputs to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to support seamless project execution.
- Document and report bugs or issues, while recommending process improvements for ongoing projects.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed to contribute to overall project success.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or quality assurance roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Immediate availability to join the organization is essential.
