- Lead and manage the Performance Management Cell (PMC) at the SED Secretariat.
- Design and implement strategic plans for efficient staff deployment and achieving PMC objectives.
- Represent PMC in LEG meetings, presenting updates and performance insights.
- Oversee the development and management of Real-Time School Management System (RTSM) and EMIS.
- Develop a comprehensive Monitoring Framework and provide technical advice to SED leadership.
- Conduct regular analyses of field reports, generating insights for decision-making.
- Develop and implement KPIs for the staff of education department and PMC to assess performance at provincial and district levels.
- Generate reports using KPIs, RTSM, and EMIS data to support policy decisions.
- Supervise data collection, analysis, and dissemination processes, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate the performance of educational bodies such as DEG, DEA, and affiliated institutions.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and recommend reforms related to RTSM and EMIS.
- Prepare and submit monthly cumulative reports on PMC achievements.
- Foster strong coordination with LEG members, PMU, and PPIU M&E sections.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education Management, or a related field (HEC-recognized).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Access) and strong computer skills.
- Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong drafting skills in English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
